Roy Bajtel
Brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Formerly Head of the Union Investments US Representative Office (Oct. 2006-Apr.2014) , a leading international investment management company with assets under management of USD 30 billion and personally responsible for a USD 5 billion portfolio in the Americas.
Mr Bajtel oversaw the firm’s new investment activities and dispositions in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Chile including investments in office, mixed use office and retail and industrial properties. Prior to joining Union Investment, he was a Member of the Management Board of Josef Buchman Real Estate, a privately held Frankfurt am Main based company with approx. USD 4 billion AUM. Mr. Bajtel attended Law School at Mannheim University and earned his second state examination in Frankfurt am Main. He also attended the European Business School Real Estate Academy.
